The building is planned to include both private units and shared facilities. The renovation design by the Second Nature studio features a large community hall for events such as film screenings and neighborhood gatherings. It will also provide a shared workshop, bicycle parking, laundry room, children’s playroom, and a rooftop terrace with a communal garden and solar panels for sustainable energy generation.
